8. Enquiries and Communication with Schools

When you purchase or access a digital product, Eduviai grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable right to use that product for your own educational purposes.

18. Refunds and Cancellations

Eduviai is not responsible for business losses where services are purchased primarily for personal or family use.

These Terms do not reduce any statutory rights available to consumers.

21. Suspension and Termination

You may stop using Eduviai at any time.

You may request account closure by contacting us or using an available account setting.

We may suspend, restrict or terminate access where we reasonably believe that:
